Your 5-minute guide to the app.

Everything you'll touch every week — what each button does, in plain English. Read once, then keep it bookmarked.

1The 30-second version

Three things you'll do over and over. Everything else is sugar.

A
Open a source post → review the 4 versions. The app already turned your LinkedIn post into IG Post + Reel + TikTok + Blog. Read, tweak, approve or skip each one.
B
Tap Copy on a card → paste into the app. For IG & TikTok the body comes first, hashtags on a second tap. Easy thumb-work.
C
Mark it ✓ Posted when it's live. That's it. The app remembers what's done and what's pending. No spreadsheet, ever.
The point: The app handles the heavy lifting (drafting, atomizing, formatting). You stay in charge of voice and timing — the two things only you can do.

2The four tabs at the bottom

Today
Your daily dashboard — replies needed, follow-ups due, content for today. Start here every morning.
People
Inbox + contacts. Where you reply to leads & conversations.
Content
Where this guide lives. Source posts, atomized derivatives, your library. The big one.
Pipeline
Conferences, speaking gigs, and the deal pipeline.
Calendar
Your week at a glance — meetings + content schedule.

3The Content tab — your home base

Three sub-sections you switch between using the segmented control near the top:

· Source posts

Every LinkedIn post you've ever published, plus any new drafts you compose in-app. Tap one to see the 4 platform versions and review them.

Filter chips above the list:

· Library

Your archive of approved & posted derivatives. Find anything you've ever published, copy it again, re-share it.

Three filters — slim bars near the top:

· Templates

Reusable outreach + reply templates — for now, mostly post-event follow-up frames. Will grow over time.

4The Composer — writing a new post

Tap the menu (top right of Content) → Compose new post.

What you'll see

1
Post title at top (optional — it's just for you). The text never gets posted publicly.
2
The editor — big writing space. Type freely.
3
Formatting bar just under the editor: B I U  |  • List 1. List  |  (clears formatting).
Select text first, then tap a button. Works the same as Apple Notes.
4
AI helpers at the bottom (the magic) — explained next.

The AI helpers (sticky bar at the bottom)

✨ 3 Hooks
You wrote a draft but the opening line feels flat? This generates 3 alternate hooks. Tap one to apply it.
📈 Expand
Short draft → fuller version (~250-400 words). Keeps your voice. Add a personal story or concrete example.
✂︎ Shorten
Long draft → tightens to ~100-150 words. Keeps the signal, cuts the fat.
🎙 Voice check
Rewrites the whole post in your voice — pulls from your past LinkedIn posts to match tone. Use sparingly; it's a "reset" button.
🔗 Citation
Searches the web for a real, peer-reviewed or reputable source that backs up your point. Appends it at the end. It only adds a citation if it finds one that actually fits.
✦ Critic
Flags em-dashes, AI-tells ("delve into…", "in today's fast-paced world…"), and post length. Doesn't change anything — just calls out what to tweak.
📷 Image
Attach an image to the post. Picker scores your past images against the draft and shows top matches. Filter by All / AuthoredUp / Library to narrow source.
New: smarter helpers When you run Critic, the flags it raises get fed back into the next AI helper you tap (Tighten, Shorten, Voice check). So the rewrite actually addresses what was called out — no need to repeat yourself.
Pro move Write your post raw and messy. Then run Critic first to see what's flagged. Run Voice check to clean the AI-isms. Then 3 Hooks to find a stronger opener. Done.

Saving + leaving

About Drive backup: Every time you tap Done, the post gets backed up as a Google Doc in the HH Content — Research Mirror folder in your hh@ Drive. If something ever goes sideways, your writing is safe there.

Copying your post out

Tap ⧉ Copy in the composer to copy with formatting.

5Reviewing the 4 derivative versions

When you tap a source post, you see your 4 platform versions stacked:

IG Post

Square caption — 8-15 hashtags, niche & medium-broad.

IG Reel

Short caption — 3-5 hashtags, includes cover-text tag.

TikTok

Short caption — 3-5 trend + niche hashtags.

SEO Blog

Long-form research piece — publishes to House Harmon's site under /research/<slug>.

What you can do to each card

Edit
Tap to open inline editing — change anything, the AI assist pills appear (Tighten, Voice, Shorten, Citation). Autosaves every 3s. Tap Done to commit.
Approve
Locks the version as final. Card collapses, moves to your Library.
Skip
"I won't post this platform for this source." Permanent for that combo — doesn't get re-suggested.
Rate (★)
Rate 1-5 stars. 4★ or higher feeds into voice-training so future posts sound more like you.
Copy
Two-tap magic. First tap → body to clipboard. Second tap within 5s → hashtags. Toast tells you which is loaded.
↗ Instagram / TikTok
Opens the mobile app with your body pre-copied. Just paste.
↻ Regenerate
Don't love this version? Pick a different AI engine (Quick / Sonnet / Opus) and re-atomize that platform only.
📷 Add image
Each card has its own image picker with a crop hint for that platform (LinkedIn 1.91:1, IG 1:1 or 4:5, Reels/TikTok 9:16, Blog 16:9). Pick once per card. Tap ✕ on the thumb to clear.
✉︎ Email me
Sends this draft (body + hashtags + source URL) to your inbox. Useful when you want to draft on phone, polish on laptop.
Don't worry Every action is reversible. Approved by mistake? Tap to walk it back. Skipped one you actually wanted? Un-skip. Nothing is ever destructive.

6The menu (top-right of Content)

Three buckets — Studio, Resources, Account.

Studio

Resources

📖 Studio training guide — this page. Always lives in the menu so you can re-open it any time.

Plus quick links out to Claude · Perplexity · Consensus · LinkedIn Composer — your research/drafting toolbox.

Account

Settings (coming soon — for now, message Aaron if you need anything tweaked).

7Performance dashboard

Open with Performance. You'll see:

For deeper analysis (date ranges, individual post stats, A/B comparisons), open AuthoredUp on desktop. This dashboard is the at-a-glance daily-driver.

8Themes (and why they matter)

Every post you write gets auto-tagged with one of these 8 themes:

Burnout & nervous system

Recovery, energy, stress.

Leadership presence

Executive identity, how you show up.

Boundaries & energy

Saying no, work/life integration.

Identity & purpose

Who am I outside the role.

Founders & growth

Entrepreneurship, scaling.

Relationships at work

Team, conflict, trust.

Spiritual / integration

Faith, meaning, soul-work.

Personal / story

Anecdote-led, no business hook.

You can change a theme manually any time — tap the theme chip in the Composer or on a card. The themes feed Library filters & Performance insights, so they help you see what's working.

9From the Today screen

When you tap a section on Today (replies, contacts, content) the app jumps you to the relevant deep view and shows a floating ← Today pill at the bottom — tap it any time to come back. The pill clears automatically the moment you engage with the section (tap a contact card, open a post, etc.) so it doesn't get in your way.

10Voice rules baked in

The app already knows these — but in case you want to know what it's protecting against:

11When something feels off

A version sounds AI-y
Tap Edit → run Voice check on that card. Or tap ↻ Regenerate with a different engine (Sonnet usually beats Quick).
A draft disappeared
Check Source posts → Drafts filter. Drafts autosave every 3s, so it's almost certainly there. If not, check Drive (HH Content — Research Mirror).
Theme is wrong
Just tap the theme chip and pick the right one. Manual override always wins.
Don't like 3 Hooks
Tap 3 Hooks again. Each press gives a fresh set.
Posted but didn't mark it
Open the source post → derivative card → tap ✓ Posted. Color changes to green.
When in doubt Approve / Skip / Edit are all one tap to undo. The app is built so you can move fast without breaking anything.

That's it.

You have an app that does the boring 80% (drafting, atomizing, formatting, tracking) so you can spend your time on the part only you can do: voice, judgment, and showing up.

Bookmark this page. Read it once start to finish. Then forget about it. The app is designed to be obvious once you've used it twice.

Open the app → Today › Tap around. Nothing breaks. Have fun.
